Abstract The three-dimensional model of the automobile rearview mirror is made in three steps. Firstly, a non-contact 3D laser scanner used to obtain point cloud mirror, and then Image ware denoise cloud, construct lines from points, grid lines. Finally, poured into software for surface reconstruction, product redesigned. After obtaining Moldflow further simulate injection molding process. runner system first mock examination with two cavities established. filling parameters side gate ejector rod latent are compared. Combined CAE analysis results, it concluded that has better process parameters.
